Named for the year Venice was founded, 1905 Fest celebrates that legacy with a new two-day festival of music, art, and culture on its iconic coastline. Welcoming longtime Venetians, new neighbors, old friends, and everyone in between to be part of its next chapter.Â
HISTORIC
FESTIVAL SITE
1905 Fest is set at the heart of Venice Beach, centered around Windward Plaza, the world-famous Venice Skatepark & Boardwalk, and the stretch of sand where Windward Avenue meets the Pacific. More than a century ago, this same area was the gateway to Abbot Kinney’s original Venice Pier and home to an auditorium, dancing, attractions, and the iconic Ship Café.

1905 Fest builds on that heritage, bringing music, art, food, and culture back to the historic gathering place where Venice began in 1905.
